Royston Radio is a new community radio station based in Royston, Hertfordshire.

Our goal is to provide a community-run media service to Royston and the surrounding villages.

Our station is available directly from our website, app, smart speaker, or through a variety of internet radio directory apps.

What about FM or DAB?

We found that most people would listen to us online, eliminating the need for FM and DAB and freeing up funds to support high-quality local content and media training.

Programming

We want to broadcast a diverse range of programming, offering the chance to the community to showcase new original ideas, and creating a station that will appeal to everyone.

We also want to showcase local projects, events and organizations, giving them a voice and access to broadcast.

Who is eligible to participate?

You will not need any prior experience because training will be provided, and if presenting is not your thing, we have a variety of other opportunities available.
